Future Aspirations: It is my dream to build a career in civil engineering and construction management focused on delivering projects the right way, with safety built into every stage of the work. Along the way, my goal is to help lead infrastructure projects where strong planning, leadership, and discipline protect both people and performance. My goal is to create companies that deliver affordable, meaningful value to billions of people in underserved regions, while challenging profit-first models in the energy industry by proving that impact and innovation can go hand in hand.

Future Aspirations: My future aspirations focus on designing efficient, sustainable layouts for land development projects. I hope to create solutions that are environmentally responsible and work closely on the construction aspect of a project to meet the needs of local communities.

Field of Study: Design& Construction Integration, Purdue University

Future Aspirations: As a young Latina woman in construction, I hope to inspire other women and people of color to pursue their passion for building. My advice is simple: if you truly find your passion, don’t let anything stop or derail you from following your dreams. I've faced challenges as I begin my career, and I know there will be more ahead, but I now realize that even with the knowledge and experience I’ve gained so far, I can inspire young adults who want to pursue this field.
