John R. Fish is a pioneering innovator in industrial construction, best known for co-developing the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI), Alignment Thermometer, and advancing industry-wide implementation of Front-End Planning and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP). Over a 50-year career with S&B and Ford, Bacon & Davis, he led groundbreaking efforts in integrated project systems, digital modeling, and automation of construction processes. A revered mentor and trainer, John has delivered hundreds of workshops and lectures to industry, government, and academia. His work has earned him the CII Distinguished Service Award, the James B. Porter Jr. Award for Technology Leadership, and the Carroll H. Dunn Award of Excellence.
