Katherine (Kay) Glass Harig is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of OfficeSource, Ltd., the nation’s top federal supplier of workspace solutions. With a career spanning architecture, design, and entrepreneurship, she has led award-winning projects for clients such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and the George H.W. Bush Building. Her innovative approach—including immersive mock-up environments—has transformed civic and government office design standards. A respected industry leader, Kay serves on university advisory boards and is a champion for women in business through the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She is a recipient of the Longhorn 100 and the “Making a Mark on the World” Award, and she remains deeply engaged in civic life with leadership roles in Centro San Antonio, the San Antonio Symphony, and numerous arts and education nonprofits.
