Delgado

Luis Delgado is President of STV’s Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) operating group, where he leads nationwide delivery of program, project, and construction management services across aviation, healthcare, education, mission critical, commercial, and government sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, with graduate studies completed through a program at The University of Texas at Austin. Luis is the National Chair of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and former Chair of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA) board of directors. Widely honored by multiple organizations, he is known for advancing diversity, professional certifications, advocacy, and infrastructure that strengthens communities. He is currently leading the global engagement efforts for CMAA to grow professional PM/CM practice in a dozen countries, including his native Mexico.
