G. Michael (Mike) Hoover is CEO and Chairman of the Board at Sundt Construction, where his visionary leadership has increased company revenues fivefold and expanded operations nationwide. A journeyman carpenter turned executive, Mike is a passionate advocate for safety, productivity, and workforce development. His leadership has garnered top industry honors, including AGC’s Innovation and Grand Safety Awards and the Golden Beaver Award for Leadership. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson. A former President of the Beavers and active member of CIRT, AGC, and multiple national boards, Mike is celebrated for his character, humility, and lifelong dedication to elevating people and the construction profession.
