Wilbur Milhouse is Chairman and CEO of Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc., one of the top 500 largest engineering firms in the United States. With more than 30 years of experience and a team of over 500 professionals worldwide, his firm has delivered transformative infrastructure projects including the $8.5 billion O’Hare Global Terminal and the Chicago Transit Authority’s 95th Street Station. A licensed Professional Engineer in 12 states, Wilbur holds dual master’s degrees in structural and civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He serves on numerous university and civic boards and is the founder of Milhouse Charities, which has invested over $1 million to support underrepresented youth in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Widely respected for his leadership, philanthropic vision, and innovation in global energy and infrastructure, Wilbur continues to elevate both the industry and the communities it serves.
