Gina Hill is the president, CEO, and owner of G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc., a firm that Gina has grown from a one-person structural engineering firm into a nationally recognized, award-winning design-build engineering, architecture, and construction firm employing over 70 professionals. Under her guidance, GMHILL has delivered complex, high-profile projects for local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as clients in the private and commercial sectors, earning a reputation for innovation and quality.
 
Her impact on the industry is reflected in numerous accolades spanning two decades, including the National SAME Small Business of the Year (2023), Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year (2024), and National 8(a) Graduate of the Year (2025) by the SBA. Gina’s achievements also include recognition as Entrepreneur of the Year and Small Business Leader of the Year, underscoring her commitment to excellence, growth, and community engagement.
 
Beyond her business achievements, Gina is widely recognized as a thought leader in engineering, construction, and small business advocacy. She has collaborated on legislative solutions and worked with a team of other small businesses forming the GovCon Small Business Coalition, designed to improve contracting opportunities for businesses transitioning out of the federal small business category and advocate for solutions to the federal A/E/C shrinking industrial base.
 
Gina earned her B.S. in Civil and Structural Engineering from Florida State University, Tallahassee. She is married to Ken.
