Caruso

Joanne Caruso is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Jacobs Solutions, where she is recognized as a change agent for the toughest workforce challenges. She was the first woman appointed Executive Vice President in the over 75-year history of Jacobs. Notably, she won the 2023 Diversity Impact Awards Executive Sponsor of the Year for her efforts in helping to foster a positive and empowering environment at Jacobs. Beyond her role with Jacobs, Joanne is regularly invited by customers and industry leaders as a keynote speaker and panelist focused on workforce development issues.

Joanne received a B.A. in political science and a J.D. from Boston College.

She is married to Tom and they have two children.
