Fowler

Jana Fowler is a Principal Project Manager at Parsons, where she leads the Air Force and Navy Housing programs, shaping the future of military housing worldwide. With over 40 years of experience, Jana has focused her career on planning and managing multi-billion-dollar investments in U.S. defense housing, supporting Air Force and Navy service members and their families.
 
Jana is known for her strategic leadership in facility asset management and investment planning, overseeing the Air Force’s large housing portfolio that serves over 100,000 service members and 15,000 families at more than 80 installations. She has introduced advanced technologies and AI tools to improve investment planning, provide clear insights for senior leaders.  Her innovative work has improved housing assessments, planning, and stakeholder engagement, helping ensure funding supports safe, high-quality homes for service members. 
 
Jana’s leadership also includes roles in the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). She enjoys community service; and she has earned multiple Parsons awards and outstanding client feedback for her dedication and results.
