Nancy Juneau
Nancy Juneau co-founded Juneau Construction Company with her husband, Les, and serves as its CEO. One of the most sought-after construction management firms in the Southeast, Juneau is also a top woman-owned firm in Georgia. The company specializes in commercial, institutional, multifamily, and mixed-use projects, with annual revenue of more than $750 million. Nancy is passionate about giving back through mentorship, board service, and workforce development initiatives. She has spent her career advocating for women in construction and supporting the next generation of builders.
Nancy serves on several industry advisory boards, including those at the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, Auburn University's McWhorter School of Building Science, and Georgia Tech's School of Building Construction, along with the University of Georgia Real Estate Board.
Nancy holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Georgia. She and Les live in Atlanta and have three children.
