Pankaj Duggal
Pankaj Duggal is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving growth, operational performance, and organizational excellence across architecture, engineering, consulting, and infrastructure businesses across 32 countries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He brings proven track record of leading complex multidisciplinary organizations, integrating acquisitions, and developing high-performing leadership teams within both publicly traded, privately held and private equity-backed companies. Pankaj has extensive experience in operations, enterprise strategy, business transformation, commercial growth, and executive governance. He has served as trusted partner to CEOs, Boards, executive leadership teams, and clients in executing strategic priorities, improving operational performance, and building scalable organizations positioned for sustained growth.
Pankaj currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Architecture, Engineering and Advisory services at Michael Baker International, spanning defense, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, aviation, energy, education, government, and strategic advisory services. Prior to joining Michael Baker, Pankaj served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Jensen Hughes, a firm recognized for its leadership in fire protection engineering, life safety, and risk-based consulting services. Prior to Jensen Hughes, he served as Senior VP and General Manager for Federal, Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions, at Jacobs.
He earned a Master of Urban Planning and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi (India). Pankaj also serves as a director on the Board of the National Defense Industry Organization (NDIA), Washington, DC Chapter, and as Chair for the Dean’s Advisory Board, Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Michigan.
